Shipping and returns

Pre-paid orders:

• Paid shipping applies to all prepaid orders all over delhi ncr and india

 

COD (Cash On Delivery) orders:

• A nominal fee of INR 25 will be applied in addition to shipping charges of INR 50 on COD orders up to INR 599
• A nominal fee of INR 50 will be applied to COD orders above INR 599, with no additional shipping charges.

 All returns should be initiated by the customer within 2 days of the delivery of the product. In case of flaw of the product or in packaging.

The Service has a delivery ETA of 5-7 days from the date of dispatch.
The products are generally dispatched within 48 hours of the order being received.
